The Seoul Western District Court ordered the 31-year-old rapper to pay the fine.
Suga, who is currently fulfilling his mandatory military service with a public-sector desk job, was caught riding under the influence after falling off his electric scooter near his residence in Hannam-dong, Yongsan on Aug. 6.
At the time of the accident, his blood alcohol concentration was found to be 0.227 percent, far exceeding the legal limit of 0.08 percent, which can result in the revocation of a driver's license.
Suga can request a formal trial within a week of the decision if he does not agree with it. Otherwise, the sentence will be final.
