SEOUL, September 26 (AJP) - The International Forum on One Korea 2024 will kick off on Friday for a three-day run at the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul in southwestern Seoul, exploring the vision and pathway toward a free and unified Korea.

The event, co-hosted by Global Peace Foundation, Action for Korea United and One Korea Foundation, will bring together prominent experts, policymakers, journalists and civil society leaders from Korea, and the international community.

The participants will work to strengthen consensus on the unification of the Korean Peninsula and define a comprehensive roadmap rooted in the universal principles and shared values of Hongik Ingan, Korea's founding ideal of "serving the greater good of humanity."

On Saturday, the "Korean Dream Grand March for a Free and Unified Korea " will take place near the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). The event will begin with a DMZ march, followed by a series of festivities including a taekwondo demonstration, a unification song choir performance and a drone show.

On Sunday, a special dialogue session will feature North Korean defectors sharing their personal experiences.
