South Korean actress Lee Tae-im arrives to attend an event on Tuesday to launch a campaign to encourage people to hoist the national flag, "Taegukgi," in celebration of the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation from Japanese colonial rule (1910-1945). The event took place at the lawn in front of the National Museum of Korean Contemporary History in Jongno-gu, central Seoul. Liberation Day falls on Aug. 15.
