Thermal management has also been improved, with the S25 Ultra featuring a vapor chamber 40 percent larger than its predecessor and enhanced thermal materials across the lineup.
Sustainability remains a key focus, with more than 50 percent recycled cobalt in the device batteries and broader use of eco-friendly materials throughout the series.
The Galaxy S25 series will be available globally on Feb. 7, with the Ultra model starting at 1,698,400 won ($1,275) for the 256GB version in South Korea. Pricing for the lineup remains consistent with the previous generation, with the Ultra offered in titanium hues and the Plus and base models in a variety of colors.
