PHOTOS: World Gimbap Festival opens at Hangang Park

SEOUL, November 1 (AJP) - The World Gimbap Festival 2024 opened Friday at Yeouido Hangang Park, showcasing South Jeolla Province's seaweed products and gimbap culture.
The three-day event features custom gimbap-making experiences using local ingredients, traditional seaweed-harvesting demonstrations, and a marketplace offering various seaweed products.
The festival includes special programs such as a gimbap-making competition for foreigners and children, along with talks by renowned food curators and international chefs.
