The annual study, conducted by the U.S. market research firm, surveyed over 15,000 consumers who purchased appliances in the past year. Products were evaluated on seven criteria, including durability, performance, ease of use and design.
Samsung's kitchen appliances, including French door, side-by-side, and top-mount freezer refrigerators, as well as ranges, cooktops, over-the-range microwaves and wall ovens, all ranked first. The company's refrigerators received top scores across all evaluation categories, with French door models winning for the second consecutive year and top-mount freezers for the third.
In laundry appliances, Samsung's front-load washers, top-load washers and dryers maintained their top rankings from the previous year. The company's AI-powered features, such as AI Optiwash and AI Optimal Dry, contributed to high consumer satisfaction.
