Consisting of five display panels, including a 27-inch main screen, a 12.3-inch high-resolution screen for the passenger, and a 7-inch screen displaying vehicle status information, the system provides an immersive and open driving environment. Additionally, a projection display below the widescreen allows for intuitive touch and haptic control of various driving environments, enhancing convenience.
A notable feature of the M.VICS 5.0 is its adaptive display panel system, which adjusts the size and tilt of the screens based on the driving mode. In the standard 'Drive Mode,' a portion of the panels can retract below the dashboard for a smaller display size, while in 'Theater Mode' or 'Relax Mode,' the displays automatically adjust their tilt and size to complement the lowered steering wheel and reclined seating positions.
Prioritizing safety, the system separates the driver and passenger displays when a passenger is present, restricting media viewing that could distract the driver. Additionally, hidden speakers in the pillars and headrests provide independent audio experiences for the driver and passenger, allowing each to focus on their desired mode.
