Big Bang’s ‘Bang Bang Bang’ tops Korean music chart of 2015

South Korean boy group “Big Bang” topped the nation’s yearly music chart of 2015 with their song “Bang Bang Bang”.

Online music streaming service “Melon” announced on Tuesday that the most popular song of last year was Bang Bang Bang. Also, Big Bangs “Loser” and “Bae-Bae” were also ranked in the top ten popular songs of the year.

The second song on the list of the most popular song of 2015 was Naul’s “You From the Same Time” and the third was Zion.T’s “Eat”.

Bang Bang Bang not only rocked the music scene in Korea, but it shook the hearts of K-pop fans worldwide. At 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), the piece won the “Song of the year” title and its music video also grabbed the title of “Most watched K-pop video of 2015” on YouTube. The music video has accumulated over 100 million views since its release in June 2015.
