Their wedding ceremony will be held at Hotel Shilla in Seoul, the agency, Koen Stars, said.
The 33-year-old Kim has been dating the businessman, who is one year younger than her, since early this year, Koen said.
Kim, one of the finalists at the 2001 SBS Supermodel Contest, appeared in dramas, including MBC's "Iron Lady Cha (2015)."
