Google topped the list with a 83 percent approval rate, followed by Apple (78 percent), Amazon (67 percent), Microsoft (58 percent) and Samsung (47 percent), according to the IT Innovation Report 2015 published by Tech Pro Research.
The report is based on a plural response-based poll of 353 respondents that asked which companies are seen as leaders in the field. The survey was conducted in March.
Cisco came in sixth with a 42 percent approval rate; IBM seventh with 37 percent; VMWare eighth with 33 percent, Adobe ninth with 32 percent and Salesforce 10th with 27 percent.
Samsung was the only non-U.S. company to join the ranks of the world's top 10.
