IU to appear in new TV series 'Producer'

K-pop singer and actress IU speaks during an event for KBS2 TV's new drama "Producer" at the Raum event center in Yeoksam-dong, southern Seoul, Monday. The 12-episode Friday-Saturday drama stars IU; Kim Soo-hyun, the star of the mega-hit TV series “My Love from the Star;” actress Gong Hyo-jin; and singer and actor Cha Tae-hyun. It kicks off on May 15.
