2015 Masters champion Jordan Spieth ranks 2nd in men's golf rankings

Jordan Spieth of the United States, winner of the 2015 Masters golf tournament in Augusta, Ga., Sunday, moved up two notches to second place in the latest men's world golf rankings.

Spieth is the second youngest golfer to win the Masters tournament after Tiger Woods. The former captured the Masters title at 21 years, eight months and 16 days, while the latter was 21 years, three months and 14 days old when he became the champion.

Woods, who tied for 17th place at the Masters, climbed 10 notches to 101st place.

Rory McIlroy of Northern Ireland, who finished fourth at the Masters tournament, retained his top spot in the golf rankings with 11.5364 points, ahead of 9.1470 points scored by Spieth.  

Both Henrik Stenson of Sweden and Bubba Watson of the United States moved down one notch to rank third (7.6390) and fourth (7.4088), respectively. Stenson tied for 19th at the Masters, whereas Watson tied for 37th.
