SK Wyverns' pitcher Kim Kwang-hyun to tie the knot in Seoul Dec. 14

SK Wyverns' starting pitcher Kim Kwang-hyun will tie the knot with Lee Sang-hee, who is three years older than him, Dec. 14. Their wedding will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Harmony Ballroom on the first basement level of InterContinental Seoul Coex hotel in Samseong-dong, southern Seoul. They have been dating the past two years, media reports said.

On Nov. 12, SK Wyverns accepted the San Diego Padres' bid of US$2 million for the right to negotiate with left-hander Kim. The South Korean team said: "Although the amount of money submitted was lower than what had been expected, (we) decided to accept the bid to help Kim accomplish his dream of becoming a Major Leaguer."
