The SK Wyverns, a South Korean professional baseball team, Wednesday accepted an MLB club's bid of US$2 million for the right to negotiate with its left-hander Kim Kwang-hyun. U.S. media reported that the San Diego Padres submitted the bid. The South Korean team said although the amount of money submitted was lower than what had been expected, (we) decided to accept the bid to help Kim accomplish his dream of becoming a Major Leaguer.
