Lewis began the final round four strokes behind the third-round leader, but fired a six-under 65 on Sunday to seize a come-from-behind victory.
She finished at 12-under 201, a stroke ahead of Lydia Ko of New Zealand and Cristie Kerr and Angela Stanford, both of the United States, who tied for second place.
It was Lewis' 11th career victory and third of the season. Lewis pocketed the US$300,000 winner's share.
Ryu So-yeon of South Korea closed with 10-under 203 for fifth place.
