After the visit, Park will travel to Germany for a four-day state visit, the announcement said.
During the biennial nuclear summit, Park is scheduled to deliver a speech at the opening session in her capacity as head of state of the chair country of the 2012 nuclear summit. The inaugural NSS was held in Washington in 2010.
Two other leaders will also make a speech during the opening session. They are Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
Fifty-eight world leaders, 5,000 delegates and 3,000 journalists are expected to participate in the NSS, the largest gathering of its kind ever held in the Netherlands.
On the sidelines of the NSS, Park plans to hold a summit meeting with Dutch Prime Minister Rutte and attend a lunch hosted by Dutch King Willem-Alexander.
During her stay in Berlin, President Park will meet President Joachim Gauck and then Chancellor Angela Merkel to discuss ways of expanding trade and investment, and boosting substantial cooperation in industry, the sector of small and medium-sized companies, science, vocational education and culture, officials said.
They will also discuss matters regarding unification issues and the situation on the Korean Peninsula, they said.
Park will visit Dresden and Frankfurt before returning home on March 29.
