Not only active males with chiseled abs look attractive, they are more fertile as well.

Harvard study showed that males watching TV more than 20 hours per week a.k.a. couch potatoes have 44% less sperm counts than males who never watches TV. Exercise is another fertility factor, too. The males who exercise regularly produce far greater numbers of sperms than who exercise less or sporadically.

The study was conducted only with 189 young males age 18 to 22 with different life styles.

Further study with broader subjects would verify this new result and find more factors that affect sperm counts.
