South Korea hit with heavy snowfall

The sudden heavy snowfall has South Korea panicking about. Hundreds, maybe thousands of houses have collapsed under the weight of the snow.

The S. Korea government sent 12,000 soldiers to rescue residents who are stranded. The weather has affected Gangwon province the worst.

Experts say that more snowfall will arrive in Gangwon in matter of hours. It has received 2.6 feet of snow in a single day. The damage done to all the houses and properties are going to cost several million dollars. Several schools are attempting to close down their school and all vehicles that are out are stuck in the snow.
