Big Hit will host the event named "2023 BTS FESTA" in various regions in the capital city where purple lights and media facades will be displayed. The 14-day event will take place under the theme "BTS presents everywhere" at Dongdaemun Digital Plaza (DDP), a design and arts center located in the heart of Seoul, and Seoul Tower, a famous tourist spot located near central Seoul. Other event spots include City Hall, the World Cup Bridge, and Sejong Center for the Performing Arts.
The group's leader RM will also interact with fans on June 17 at a river park in Yeouido, an area near central Seoul where the National Assembly building is located. Visitors can also try on BTS members' stage outfits and enjoy fireworks at the river park.
Take Two, a digital single released by the K-pop phenomenon on June 9, has received enormous attention on Spotify, the world's most popular music streaming service. The song featuring a soothing vibe and acoustic rhythms topped the streaming platform's Daily Top Song Global chart on June 10 with more than 7.2 million streams. All members including two members fulfilling their compulsory military service -- J-Hope and Jin -- participated in the song designed to commemorate the group’s 10th anniversary.
J-Hope and Jin, who have completed their basic training, were both selected as assistant drill instructors. Other BTS members are also required to do their mandatory military service which is still technically at war with North Korea.
